What is your CBD routine?

I take CBD morning, noon and night. I take a 30mg Softgel in the morning, tincture or a gummy during the day, and take the night gummies and Melon Full Spectrum tincture at night. I usually take around 60-90 mg of CBD per day.

Why did you start taking CBD and how has it benefited you?

I started taking CBD for my pain and inflammation. I had a serious injury with my back when I was Active Duty in the Air Force. I could not walk at one point because the pain was so bad. I struggled with the injury for years, being in the hospital and physical therapy. As I got older, the more the pain crept in; I took Tylenol and Ibuprofen daily. I knew this wasn't healthy, but none of the other natural remedies I tried worked all that well.

Enter CBD and my life changed. Most days, the pain is little to nothing, and I can do everything I love to do without hurting. CBD is amazing for many things; my pain is pretty much gone, I can sleep at night, and my menopause symptoms have lessened. I can live my best life!
